For Donors: You are responsible for your donation decisions and for conducting your own due diligence before contributing to any registry.

For Businesses: You are responsible for the quality and delivery of services you provide and for maintaining any required licenses or certifications.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you post or share on NAME IT Registry. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

We respect your right to control your medical information. You may modify or delete your content at any time.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including businesses listed in service registries. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.
