To ensure quality and safety for the families we serve, all service providers must meet the following requirements during onboarding.
Business Credentials
Valid business licenses and credentials for your entity's listed state.
Background Check
Required for all at-home services to ensure safety for vulnerable families.
Insurance Verification
Certificate of Insurance (COI) uploaded during onboarding.
References
Provide 3-5 professional references upon onboarding.
Revenue Documentation
Estimated revenue for the last year to determine subscription tier.
Ongoing Compliance
Automated notifications to renew licenses and insurance on the platform.
