Assumption of Risk. I understand that volunteering through the Keep It Ag program involves agricultural work that may include, but is not limited to, operating heavy equipment and machinery, working with livestock, exposure to chemicals, fertilizers, dust, allergens, weather, and uneven terrain. I acknowledge these activities carry an inherent risk of property damage, bodily injury, illness, or death, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability. In consideration of being permitted to volunteer, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue NAME IT Registry, NAME IT LLC, the participating farming family/beneficiary, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained by me while participating in the Keep It Ag program, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation, including any damage to property or injury to third parties caused by my actions or omissions.
Medical Treatment. I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if needed and agree to be financially responsible for any such treatment.
No Employment Relationship. I understand I am volunteering my services for free and that no employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created by my participation. I am not entitled to wages, workers' compensation, or insurance coverage from the Released Parties.
Acknowledgment. I have read this waiver in full, understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. This agreement is binding on me, my heirs, executors, and assigns.
